Customer service was very good. Work was completed as scheduled. I was kept informed of the process the entire time. I appreciate being able to leave the rental when I picked up my vehicle.

This was my first experience at the downtown location and they did not disappoint. Jeff kept me posted matter a fact I got updates couple times a day. Restored by Lexus.. It was showroom ready. All work was done 7 days before the projected completion date. Thanks for an amazing experience.

I had a great experience with Casey at Caliber Collision. I came in to get an emblem put back on my vehicle and he took care of it right away with no issues. He was professional, quick, and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend him.

Took my car in for estimate on minor damage. Chris looked at the vehicle, gave an honest assessment and actually repaired the part that simply needed a screw. Super friendly and helpful. It’s not often you get an honest opinion and excellent customer service. Can’t thank Chris enough for what he did for me today!

Another truck backed into my F150 and they were able to repair it quickly. Their partnership with the local Enterprise made it easy for me to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle. Their customer service is great, always keeping me updated on the status of my repair.
